So, since I'v essentially been doing more or less the same thing for the last week during my nutrition cleanse and exercise foundation phase, it seemed silly to keep posting updates that essentially said "ditto." So, I think I'll move to weekly updates for now that share what I've been doing and how it's changed. I am now 2 weeks into a 3 week nutrition detox based on Dr. Mark Hyman's Ultrameabolism approach to nutrigenomics. Not really feeling any difference, but at least it's help clean up my eating habits a lot. One week to go.
